How do I make a table and not just join one

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to how the website works, but I'm loving learning new games and bought the premium membership!

I was just wondering if there is a way I'm not seeing that allows me to make my own table and set up the game as I choose. I only click the "play now" button for the game I want to play and it starts looking for a table for me to play. There are times playing Tokaido, or 7 Wonders currently that I want to implement certain rules or variations into the game but they don't necessarily show up in the random tables I'm put in. Am I missing something pretty simple?

If it helps, I'm using the website on my computer. I've changed settings for the games I like and have altered my preferences for playing with certain rules but haven't figured out how to start it all on my own.

Generally, to set up options specifically how you want them, you need to be in the manual lobby instead of the simple/automatic lobby.
