premium accounts with bad behavior

Post by Pelilarga »

I just realized that if you are premium and you are reported nothing happens, but if you are not premium you are penalized.
Some yes and others no before the same behavior.

It is always good to include 'the why' when you make statements. An empty statement helps nobody.

Well, I'm amazed at how they were able to make such a global observation after having an account for only 5 days. Methinks they might be one of these people who make a new account, violate the spirit (if not the law) of the site, get banned, make a new account...

A problem if true ... but is it actually true?

This is absolutely not true. We are moderating Premium members like non-Premiums players.

Paying on BGA does not give you the right to insult or to have a bad behavior.

Penalties are even worse for Premium players because obviously they are paying for the service, and we do not refund because of a moderation decision:

From the terms: "we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods, technical issues or moderation decision."

However, what is happening is that we statistically have less much problem with Premium users than with non-Premium users. According to what I just said, this is quite easy to understand.
