Can't Play Any Games

What has happened?

Whenever I go on a game it does not have the 'Play' button. It just has the 'Remove From Favourites' button.

What has gone wrong? I cannot even write messages on the 'General Messages' tab in the bottom-right hand corner.

To play a game, go to "Play now".
