Automate some actions in "The Ruhr"

I've been playing The Ruhr and believe it can be streamlined if some of the actions were automated. For example, when delivering coal, the interface will ask you where you want to deliver coal to. However, unless you previously picked the "Pilot" action, there isn't a choice. It would be great if BGA made that action automatic so we don't have to wait for players to confirm an action where they have no choice. The same is true for choosing where new dice go out. Sometimes there's a choice, but other times there is not. If there's no choice, it would be great if BGA just placed the die there for you. Thanks.
