Arena Mode Points Question

When you win a game in Arena mode, you gain Arena points. You gain 3 Arena points when beating an opponent from the same league, 2 points when beating an opponent from league N-1, 1 point for beating an opponent from league N-2, and so on (and the same for higher leagues).

I am platinum, I played in a table with one silver and two bronze players. When I won, shouldn't I be getting +1 platinum points from beating the silver player? I got +0. I understand that I would get +0 against all bronze players, so what's the case here?

Since you have 3 opponents the points are (0+0+1)/3 = 1/3 which is rounded down to 0.

Is there a place where I can see how Arena Points are awarded in the Elite League ? I've had some funky results in there and it seemed somehow that it was linked to Elo. Very often, I'd get (in + or - depending on victory or defeat), X Elo Points and 2X Arena Points.The maths behind the two rankings (Arena and Elo) are probably similar, and often your Elo score is quite equivalent to your Arena score so I could explain part of it. But not when I face someone who has more Elo but smaller Arena score (or bigger Elo and smaller Arena score). I really hope the Arena points don't rely at all on Elo score, because it wouldn't be right (easy manipulation by losing on prupose in simple mode).
