Question about spoken languages

Hello,

Could someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong? I'm trying to indicate that I have 2 spoken languages. Here are the steps I took:

I selected English as my language preference. English is by default in the languages spoken. I clicked to add another language. However, I don't see french/francais in the drop down list of possible choices. Am I missing something or is there a bug? I know others have both french and english.

Keep scrolling down the list. It looks like the list is made up of several smaller lists, mostly organized by character type (ASCII/unicode). Dunno why it's not in a better order, but I did find French in the second main group.

I thought it was by alphabetic order. Found it!
