Is there any cooperative games on BGA? Or will be any in the near future?

There's Hanabi that I know of :-)

Not alone is a team versus a monster, so it has a cooperative part in some sense.

Almost-but-not-quite:
  • Not Alone has one player against all the others cooperating.
  • The Werewolves of Miller's Hollow is a combination cooperative-competitive game - one majority cooperative faction against one (or two, depending on settings) minority cooperative factions, with it not always being clear who is in which faction.
