No sound on ipad

Hi,
The begining of a solution could be to upvote bug reports concerning this problem:
#17069: "no sound in firefox ios (ipad)"
#6503: "No sound on Ipad"

Is this issue being ignored? Contrary to the bug reports you linked to (that are closed out without action taken) the issue persists. No sounds are heard when playing on an iPad.

A lot of issues on BGA are being, well, either "ignored" or "sidelined", because there are a lot of issues and only two admins to deal with them. So I believe they use the bug report system (maybe not only it) to prioritize. That's why I recommended you to all vote for these bugs, I think that will re-open them (if not, then create a new bug report) and raise them in the list of TODO things. (These bugs only had one vote each.)

Fixing sounds on iOS seems an easy thing to both test and resolve. No other sites (YouTube, etc) have issues generating sound on webpages. It’s also a major turnoff to staying a premium member, with it not working.

I notice I don’t have sound initially, but if I toggle the sound button off and on, it then works. I voted.
