Player account banned on same internet

My housemate has tried logging into their account (successfully) then joining a table I created with friends (unsuccessfully). She has been blanket banned for having the same internet as me (Premium feature). She has then tried to log out and connect to her own internet but is still banned from playing on my table.

How can I fix this?

It is a feature, you need to have a premium account to play from the same house. Unless one of you already has a premium account, then it is indeed a bug.
