First, I would like to thank the BGA team for the service you have provided. I have enjoyed using the site very much for the most part, and I appreciate that the free version has many options already.
Last month I decided to give the premium membership a try, so I paid for one month. I have been wondering if I might get auto-renewed, so I checked the premium page a couple of times. But at the premium membership page I really do not see any icon or information saying there is auto renewal, or at least in a way that is obvious to me, and I am pretty sure there was some misleading-sounding words such as "change to an annual membership" etc, so I presumed that there is no auto-renewal.
And yesterday I realized that I got auto-renewaled.
I will appreciate more transparency and more upfront info by BGA, and if possible I would like to cancel the current month of membership as I did not intend to have it. And I would prefer to renew my premium membership at another time of my choice, if I so desire at another time.
