This project already exists in the repository

I got an error while creating a new project yesterday. I did not take the error message, but was something like the project was not created.
However I can see it from the FTP the folders.

BUT I do not see it in my Control Panel.
And if I try to create a new one with the same BGG id and name I got this message:

Create new project Byzanz (byzanz)

Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred...

This project already exists in the repository

What should I do?
I am afraid to delete the folders that I can see in the FTP because it may have some other references.
Is that something I should do ?
