Time calculation Solo Mode

Is there any information, how the time result of the solo mode is calculated?

From Rulebook:

Each turn will add time to your score. The higher the Gear you finish your turn in, the less time will be added.
At the end of the game, add up the total time for each row.

Reduce your time by 1 second for each Focus token you possess.
