customized initial turn order need

I was trying to play a "tournament" with my friends. We would like to set our own parameters: like we play 3 random long tracks, 1 lap each, random weather.

But the winner had the pole position twice which is quite significant in just 3 one-lap races.

I wish the interface could let me customize the pole position for each race; at least when i am playing only with my friends.
