How does Tea Time arena work? seems bugged

when I enter arena and click on Tea Time settings, it says 2 player. But actually when I start a Tea Time arena game, it start with 4 players, and I won but no points gained, is it because the player setting contradict with each other?

I found that, it must because I lagged, clicked arena but didn't quit the simple game table automatically...but it seems a bug too, when you clicked arena you should be kicked out from any simple game tables automatically
