I am brand new to this site.Not premium. I have a couple of very basic questions I would really appreciate understanding.

1) Is there is a way to look at one's account - do I even have an account?
2) When I leave the site, do I need to log out - how do I do this?
3) When I come back on the site, do I need to log in - how do I do this?

Sure, you can click on the link for your own name here in the forum, or you click on the meeple image top right, then on the bigger image that opens again, it will take you here: https://boardgamearena.com/player

2) When I leave the site, do I need to log out - how do I do this?

Click on the meeple image top right and then choose "Disconnect" in the dropdown menu.

3) When I come back on the site, do I need to log in - how do I do this?

You have a "login" button on top right then, it will take you to https://boardgamearena.com/account

If you have no idea how you signed up for this, you probably did a login with a Google or Facebook account.
