Is the licence available for this extension and someone available to add it?

Roll for the galaxy is one of the game where it's easy to find fellow players, adding extension would be cool.

I very much support this. Rivalry is a bit more complicated to add, but Ambition is a wonderful "more of what you love" expansion, and would work seamlessly in the BGA Roll client.
