This is a practice tournament for the upcoming Mind Sports Olympiad Event in August.
The time control and other parameters are the same as the MSO will have.

Type Swiss 5 rounds
Time 22.5 minutes per player per game with no increment
Maximum players 32, if more than 16 show up that would be amazing
expected duration 4 hours but I'm not sure. The maximum round time is 45 minutes but will rounds actually start 45 minutes apart?
