Premium Subscription

My wife paid for a premium subscription. I don't think that I am recognized as having a premium subscription with her. I thought a premium subscription covers a household. Does each player in a family need to purchase their own premium subscription?

A premium subscription covers an individual, not a household.

However, generally only one premium membership is needed for a household. One of the major household benefits is that multiple people can play from the same IP with only one of them being premium.

If both of you want to do such actions as independently start tournaments, launch premium games, etc., then you will each need a premium account.
