How to Report This Error?

I'm trying to start a game of Teotihuacan but I'm getting an error message. When I try to report the error it won't let me proceed because I don't have a table number. The other options just seem to be for report issues with the general site so I'm not sure how to report it. Any advice would be gratefully received.
