I have a question.
playing terra mystica one player said that having more than 200 ELO he have a special hability.
in this case he was a playing with fakir faction.
whith out fortress he could connect constructions with more than 2 spaces whith the magic carpet for to have ELO bigger than 200.
Thas thue?
if it is... where i can find that rules?

I think he was joking, there is no relation to Elo.
Ship tile(4vp) of town tiles mini expantion is reversible, and it gives extra distance for carpet flight to Fakirs with only 4vp (no bonus like ship level vp).

This one. It turns into automatically if your faction is Fakirs (no for Dwarfs.)
Of course, You must form a town to get it first.
As it can stack with Stronghold and another tile, max distance can be 4 eventually.
