Not all people who respond here are mods :)

But, Can't Stop has a robot player that you can play against, and premium members can reserve a spot for a hotseat player -- another player from the same computer. Both methods can be used to create a game for a single player.

Isn't what I was thinking, I was thinking about a game created all pieces by yourself, but still private.
