Is there an ELO bug in Potion Explosion?

Is this a bug? I thought that in a 3 player game, the ELO you get should be the sum of the ELO won or lost against each of the other players.

ELO rating is designed for 2 players.
It seems that scaled as 3/4 in table of 3 players to avoid over affecte.
