Today I asked Tom Lehmann, the creator of Race for the Galaxy, about when the Xeno Counter Strike (XCS) expansion for Race for the Galaxy may be released and coming out to stores. He responded that "it's looking like 2021 at the earliest and probably towards the end of it."
Hopefully when this expansion comes out it will eventually make its way to BGA, as all the other expansions have been made available here. I'm greatly looking forward to if and when this happens.
