The upgrade causes the game to be in a state of constant lag and freezing that refreshing does not help. Was never a problem before. Incredibly frustrating because I couldn't continue playing and lost karma points. This upgrade is bullshit.

Is there any way of reverting to the game pre-'upgrade'? The new design, and only showing spaces you can place a tile is confusing and means you can't plan ahead very well, as it's not clear which spaces are playable (as it only shows the spaces that are playable with the selected tile). Hope that makes sense. Perhaps a way to switch off this option?

We have already fixed a lot of the issues reported after the release. If you want to help, the best way is to report remaining issues in the tracker (or vote for the issues if they have already been reported to make them stand out and prioritize them). Please note that to be useful to developers, reports have to be as clear and detailed as possible.

I like the extension + improvements of the new Carcassonne, you play a lot easier and faster now! Graphics are very beautiful/ old school like.

Tip: when someone leaves a game, the halve of the screen is taken in by the banner with the option to stop the game too. That banner takes so much place, you need to scroll down to see the game board, but then you can not see the players on the right, your points etc. Is this something that can be fixed in general?

I read that we can get back the original RIO graphics by clicking on something on the top right. I have looked at everything and do not see how to get the classic, easy on the eye, graphics. Can someone help?

On page 3 of this thread, one admin posted a pic on how to find the setting for old graphics.

in-game menu on top-right -> Preferences -> Art Edition

We don't like the look of the new tiles.

the new colours are extremely unpleasant for my eyes, i do not distinguish well meeples and tiles and at the end of the game i feel dizzy. sorry won't play it anymore on this platform now. had 3 games and it has not got better for me
