President Move Error

I am trying to move my president in to Research Center with a shop and 3 assistants in there. No other president is there nor along my path.

I get the following error:
"Not enough yens/imports to pay the extra cost of technology."

I hadn't even gotten to the "choosing a tech" part.
It wouldn't let me even move into the research tile.

This is the best way to give all possible details to the developer to allow him to check for issues and fix them.

I have reported this in the bug system, but I'm getting no response and my time is running out for my turn. So I thought I'd try posting here as well to see if anything can be done.

Ok, unfortunately if the developer is not available, it may not be possible to fix this game. You can request from other players to abandon the game, or let them know about this issue and ask if it's ok to wait for an answer from the developer.

Is it because you have 3 techs already?

NOTE: Starting with your 4th card, each technology card
requires an additional cost of 2 yen or 1 import.

I think it still is technically a bug because you should be able to move there, but you won't be able to buy anything.

what game is this? it's certainly not president

Yokohama I believe.

At the time this thread was created, president was still in alpha, so that confusion wasn't there as such.
