President bug "Error while processing Database request"

Hi,

I'm the developper of the president, it's a game in beta. I have a lot of report about a bug on the start of the game.
I never seen this bug on the studio. I wanted to look at the db log but i can't, i have this message "you need to be moderator".

anyone can help ?

I haven't seen a stuck table. If a player reports a stuck table that can be examined, please let me know in order to check this.
