I don't understand the final score, help :)

Hi, I don't understand why the green one got 27 and red one 0. I played with all expansions except river and for dragon/princess only with tiles, but no rules.
Can someone explain? :)

Hello,

Look carefully two tiles down the green meeple who scores 27 then 1 right, the town with the dragon on it.
The road is not connected to the city, so green has 3 meeples (1 big + 1 small) and red only got 2 (1 big), blue only 2 ( 2 small).
