At a guess...

1. There's already one Restoration Games title on BGA (Downforce), meaning the publisher is open to having their stuff here.

2. A lot of the Unmatched content is based on out-of-copyright IPs, so characters like Sherlock and Dracula are probably fine.

3. Some of the content is based on licenses which would probably be very difficult to negotiate to add to BGA, so Jurassic Park and Buffy are almost certainly out.

It would then come down to whether Restoration Games say ok, and whether someone steps up to code it, but it definitely looks possible.
