Butterfly - display tweaks

1) Always put the player at the top, as is done in 'For Sale'.

2) In a three player game, I was the only Premium member, but I got stuck with Red despite my preference, as a Democrat, for Blue.

You should definitely post your suggestions in the tracker https://boardgamearena.com/bugs with a Butterfly game as reference so that it's associated to Butterfly and the developer is notified by email.
Otherwise, unless the developer reads everything on the forums (which is unlikely) there is close to no chance that he will see your message.
