Game I was working on moved?

For the last few weeks I've been working on a game; just now I went to ftp my latest changes and saw that the directory is gone from my directory.
It's gone from my Control Panel -> Manage Games as well; but now shows in my "Favorite games" with an "Alpha" over the (nonexistent) image?

Any suggestions on what's going on?

We just had the same issue with our project, looks like the project was "deleted".
Re-creating it in the control panel reactivated it and now everything is back to normal.

Had the same issue with a project I started. I re-created it and everything was still there, but it was alarming.

I hadn't worked on it in a while so I wonder if it went dormant.
