Training Mode--I'd Like to Set a Default

I've started a few games (La Granja) with friends only to realize a couple of turns in that the game is set to 'Training Mode'. I'd love to have the ability to set a default to be in Standard Mode (if I already have that ability, I'd love for someone to tell me how to set it). I understand that I need Training Mode in order to do a solo game, but I'd like to be forced to change to Training when I play solo. Is this possible?
