Expansions in arena mode?

I play stone age regularly in arena mode.

But suddenly yesterday an arena mode game started with all expansions enabled.

This sounds like a bug, probably related to expansions becoming available during the season. It should be reported in the bug tracking system.

Indeed, these options had not been set for the arena following their release, and in that case they are chosen at game start.
Thanks for reporting this, they are now properly set to disabled for the arena.
