Hurricane Power Failure Penalty

I lost power for 1 full week in August, and came back to a decreased "Reputation", since I could not get online to play my games. Not fair, right?

I have gotten no response in emails on this.

That truly unfair, you wasn't have the possibility to play because of electrical issues

it is unfortunate to lose points because of something like that, but just by playing more games you will earn those points back and quickly get back to 100, so it will have no long term consequences. If you think people red thumbed you because you dropped out you can message the people from those games and let them know why you disappeared and they would be likely to remove that red thumb.
