Hi,

New release tonight

Fix of 23293, 22836, 23026, 23383, 22888, 22979.
In synthesis:
- Fix of choose resource that didn't worked some time
- Fix of exploit phase that had some bugs
- Fix of celestial roll (yes again :))
- Fix of merchant reinforcements
