How to prevent other players from adding me as a friend?

Is there a possibility to remove myself from other players friends list? Someone I don't know and never played with suddenly added me and half of friends (most of them I know in real life) to his friends list.

I politly asked him who he is since I don't know him and suggested that he might have made a mistake and had wanted to add someone else. As a response I just got some belittling comments and even when I asked him to remove me from his list he refused. After that I discovered that he also added a lot of my friend but nobody knows this person.

I feel a little bit stalked by this person, so i really would like to be remove from this persons friend list..

A certain community in a specific game does this large scale. I‘d guess it‘s in order to see who is queued up in arena, and therefore a misuse of this functionality.
