How to get database state

Hi, I have just registered for BGA studio. I'm a full time dev (JS/NodeJS) and I want to try to fix this bug (https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=215). I have the table number where the bug occurred. It's table 111268399. How can I get a copy of that game's database and then load it in my local game instance?

I have already changed the my local database state to what I thought would cause the issue but it did not.
