Date format

Post by patrober »

When looking at my history of games played, the date format for the game is in MM/DD/YYYY. Can the option be added to show other formats such as DD/MM/YYYY which, I believe is used by most countries in the world.

Thanks

That would be confusing. MM/DD/YYYY is more commonly used.

For people who may not be aware: the report has not been updated (yet?), but this is an option now.

Thanks, developers!

The suggestion report has been updated:

"The option is now available in Preferences / Language to select the unambiguous ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD) for displaying dates.

NB: the option was visible since some days, but is functional only since today's release."

Certain dates aren't altered with the additional option.

Translated date in translation HQ works strangely (displaying hour and minute twice).

Indeed, also in the default (non-ISO) format:
