Am I supposed to be dancing with delight that the site moderated me for no reason whatever, then never sent me an email about about the moderation, and then refused to consider my appeal because it was supposed to have been done in accorance with the mail that they did not send me? Moreover, they are too busy to even acknowledge any communication from me? Can I in all fairness expect to see justice on this site? If yoiu think so, you are a massive optimist.

I wish to place it on recoird that I support anti-bullying on this site. I have personally been subject to the most intense racial abuse I have ever witnessed on this site, and such behaviour is completely unacceptable.

But what BGA has done is to take a good campaign and allowed it to be hijacked by people who will harm anyone they take a petty dislike to. It seems to me that the trolls have gained control of BGA.

BGA is not safe for ordinary users. I am leaving.

Moderation is broken.

BGA cannot be trusted with your basic account data, let alone premium customer details.

See my other threads.

If anyone wants to like know more, I have a rather abysmal email chain with unidentified personnel from BGA. Completely ridiculous.

It was and possibly still is standard practice to ignore rejected moderation appeals on BGA.
This undoubtedly extends even more so to appeals that are sent to the regular contact e-mail.

in the interest of full disclosure, N_faker, what is your role/affiliation with BGA?

I think I might have asked you this before (several times).

And you fail to address the real issue with Moderation: beyond the penalty (that is actually trite and just a blip compared to the real issue) it LOCKS OUT a user completely from website AND account access (incl. premium subscription management or safeguarding one's personal data) UNLESS the moderated user subjugates herself/himself to a FORCED signature and pleading guilty (one IS FORCED to check a field next to "I've read and understood the moderation, and I agree to not do this again" AND click a button that reads "Understood & agreed").

Failure to do so results in infinite lock out as described above.

That is grossly out of proportion and in any case questionable practice as well as non-compliant with basic EU customer & data protection laws.

I have a feeling though you will ignore both my question as well as the actual elephant in the room here, as you did before (multiple times).

Why do you think it is for me to address such things?

It is most telling, that you outright refuse to answer such a simple question.

And whether you are affiliated or not, it's bad form either way.

smh.
