Remove banned players from Arena/All Time rankings

It says it all in the title really.

Two of the top 10 players in carcassonne arena season 2 have been permanently banned, why not remove them? I noticed they have had the same score for a very long time and saw on their profile that they were banned forever. If someone is banned forever, they should not be in the rankings.

It appears this was an issue in other games and people have complained about it, obviously.
