suggestions: Games for work colleagues

I play codenames and skribble online with work colleagues (all working from home).
These are very language oriented games, which I feel is excluding my non-native english speaking colleagues.

I'd really appreciate some game recommendations that would be more inclusive.

Requirements:
-Max 30mins from start to finish
-3+ players
-No word association mechanisms
-The less reliant on english the better

My colleagues do have high level english understanding (software engineers), so understanding complex game rules is fine, just as long as they are not required to think in English too much or too fast.

I highly doubt there are any games here that are purely language-oriented (Like Scrabble, Dixit, etc...), although there could be a few. Most games require no communication at all.

I'd recommend 7 wonders, it plays really quickly, and is quite popular. Also plays from 3 up to 7 players.

Sushi Go and Red 7 are also fun, fast games, which fall within the standards you seek for.

I'd second the thought on abstract games, although most of them are 2-player only.
Toc, Quoridor, and Uncle Chestnut's Table Gype are personal favorites, although they don't play with 3 (they play with 4). Cinco is fun, and plays 3 quite well.

Realize that BGA was developed from the ground up to accommodate diverse languages. Most in-game text, even those on cards and player aids, has been translated to several languages. I'd suggest heading to the "GAMES" page and filtering for length and player count.
