Allow game setting to turn off chat filtering

The chat filter is annoying, would be cool to have a setting to turn it off when playing with friends. Like if I say "oops, I made a dumb move." it gives that annoying message about language.

It should just be globally disabled. It filters things that shouldn't be filtered, is annoying and serves no purpose. If things get out of hand, there is always the option to report someone.
