Sometimes, something like this also happens to me - can connect easily to any other website, but BGA can't connect. But when I ask other players, they don't have problems connecting or lag of any sort.

I suggest clearing your browser cache. It might help lessen this kind of problem.

The server status can always be checked via https://boardgamearena.com/serverstatus ... ves_played

If it is not just you, it will be indicated in this graph. When you can connect again (which you state only takes a few minutes) you should see a significant drop in moves made for one server. If this is the case, calmly posting that "There appears to be a server issue at [specific time], did anyone else have a problem?" is much more likely to get a beneficial response than shouting about a problem that may be beyond BGA's control.

I can't speak for the rest of the world, but there are issues with net neutrality and mobile providers slowing data in the United States. I am not stating that these are happening in this case, but these or similar issues could be happening. They are clearly beyond BGA's control.

Besides clearing the cache, having the ability to use various browsers (Firefox and Chrome, for example) may help.
