How tournaments randomize first player ?

I wish to create a Siam tournament turn base swiss system. As in many games playing first is a strong advantage (maybe stronger in siam than in many other games). On a swiss system with say 5 or 6 number of turns it could matter because a random would not really work. Could the system possibly determine each player will be alternately first player second player ?
