Reporting a possible cheater

There is a game on here that I see two people playing only each other. One player looks like he/she is purposely losing to boost the rank of the other. One player is at 300 while the other is at 100. Over 50 games played together. Who would I report them to? I reviewed a couple matches and recorded a handful of moves that look very suspicious.

On the player's profile, there is a link to "report this player." One of the options for the report is "this player is using multiple accounts to boost ELO."

Fair warning, though. If it is only two accounts, the likelihood of it being an intentional boost are slim. The ELO gain from an opponent who is much weaker is not that great. If full games are being played (as opposed to simply conceding the game), it could easily be that two friends enjoy playing with each other, and one is significantly better at the game.

Playing full games has become the norm for multi account ELO boosters. Most such cheaters usually only use paired accounts instead of a multitude.

I agree with N_Faker that multi cheaters are being more careful to not get caught (I can't see why though, considering they generally don't get punished when they are). I've seen enough cases like this that I think the likelyhood of them colluding is quite high.

However, I am even more confident that when you report them they will not be significantly punished. Usually what happens is that reports of this sort are closed with the comment "investigation in progress" even when the cheating is completely obvious and then the moderator forgets about it or smth and there is never any punishment.

I agree with N_Faker. I think the likelyhood of them colluding is quite high.

I'm making no comment as to the likelihood of what OP observed as cheating or not.
