Tournaments need more oversight

...especially those with prizes or other importance attached to them. Personally, the idea of a tournament implies importance, but there is absolutely nobody watching them, fixing them, assisting players in dealing with them, etc. There are major issues with the official Queen Kingdom Builder tournament and absolutely no assistance in dealing with problems. I think tournaments are a great idea, but participation will continually decrease if the system isn't monitored.
