New edition of 7 Wonders is hot garbage.

Also, if board selection is randomized, for the love of god, make sure it actually is. It's infuriating getting Olympia four or five times in a row. Terrible algorithm and horrible board changes overall. Some new elements of the new edition are fun, including new cards, but discarding all the upsides from the old edition is a terrible move.

Pretty sure they didn't describe it as 'hot garbage' when it got released.

You can revert to the old system with the game options, you're not forced to play with it.
