I have been working hard to get my rating up in playing Hearts. I just set up a game and went to it and there was an error. I did not select Quit Game and I tried to refresh several times. I eventually declared the loser and lost the game and got penalized thirty some points and my perfect reputation took a hit. I am a paying member and I want my reputation and my 298 rating in Hearts restored!
