How do you play test a game with your account alternates?

How do I play as each person on one computer to test the game?

Select number of player and click on "Express start".

There is a little arrow next to each player name in the player panels. Click each of them to open a new browser page for each player.

I do not see any arrows.

I tried express start and it says not enough players ( even though i have my 4 different dummy accounts)

In the game page, after you hit Express Start.

When you click Express Start, it creates enough 'developer' players to fill the table automatically.

Don't do anything else apart from clicking:
Play Now -> Create -> Express Start.

Don't invite other dummy players. Just create a table and hit express start.
