Which timezones do time ranges for moves refer to?

Hello!
I can't find a thread in the forum to answer this.
When a match is presented as "N moves a day between hour X and Y"... in which timezone should I consier X and Y? mine? UTC? the server? CEST? ET? something else?

Times displayed on BGA are in local time of the machine you are using to access the site. Javascript's getTimezoneOffset() or something similar is used to display the time.
