Arena mode should be forbidden to low karma

People shouldn't be allow to join arena mode if low karma.

Competitive mode is ment for competitive player, not for sore losers.

Last example in date https://boardgamearena.com/player?id=88 ... ion=recent Ragequit at his first loose, making everyone loose their time, and denying the first player to have his full reward.

Just restrict it in the arena settings for your games
